Starting something new can come with a lot of questions. Here are a few answers to help you feel more comfortable and informed as you explore working together. If anything else comes up, don’t hesitate to reach out.

This model of coaching is all about asking you questions that enable you to have some space between you and your thoughts in order to see what you truly want to be doing in your life, how you want to be contributing – and in order to see what’s holding you back from it. We work to bring you clarity on your big picture and on the next small sweet steps to get you there. We work on ways you can focus your attention to move forward in your life. And we work on ways to help you do these things with ease.

Unlike therapy, we are not diving into your past, and we are not fixing anything – you are already whole, and you have your own answers. If therapy is needed, you can absolutely do coaching alongside it.

Unlike mentoring, I am not telling you what to do. I am helping to facilitate your ability to find your own answers within. However since I am an acupuncturist and a fitness coach, you are able to use one (or more if needed) of your package sessions to get health/fitness consulting.

A Discovery Session is a complimentary, no pressure call where we look at where you want to go (possibilities/visions/goals), what your life is like now (current reality), and what’s standing in your way between the two. We will see if coaching is a good match for you, and if we click. You can ask any questions you have about the process.

Sessions are conducted by zoom or by phone via WhatsApp. You can choose if you’d prefer a video or non-video call – some people prefer to meet on the phone so they can walk (and walking increases creative thinking). And you can change from call to call! Whatever you choose, make it a space where you feel comfortable fully expressing yourself.

We are working on reeducating your brain into new ways of thinking. 6 months gives us enough time to tackle real life examples. You aren’t learning theory – you’re learning tools that you will learn to use so skillfully that you can use them for the rest of your life, so you can continue to soar long after we stop working together!

Yes, you will be charged on the same day each month. But you’ll be able to book all 12 of your sessions upfront.

Coaching can be a great fit if you’re ready for change, even if you’re not exactly sure what that looks like yet. You don’t need to have everything figured out – just a willingness to explore, reflect, and take small steps forward. If you’re feeling stuck, in transition, or looking for more clarity and direction, coaching can offer the support and structure to help you move forward.

Each session is a supportive and collaborative space where we focus on what’s most important to you. We’ll explore your current challenges, identify patterns, and work toward practical, meaningful steps forward. Sessions are guided but flexible, allowing space for both reflection and action in a way that feels aligned with your needs.

Not at all. Many people begin coaching with a general feeling of wanting something to change, even if they can’t clearly define it yet. Part of the process is gaining clarity around your goals and what truly matters to you, so you don’t need to have it all figured out before getting started.

Everyone’s experience is different, but many clients begin to notice shifts in awareness, perspective, and clarity early in the process. Meaningful, lasting change tends to build over time through consistent work and reflection. Coaching is not about quick fixes, but about creating sustainable change that continues beyond our sessions.

Yes. Creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space is essential to this work. Everything shared during our sessions is kept confidential, allowing you to speak openly and honestly as we work together.
